Terms of Service

By accessing or using KoboCabs("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a booking ID via SMS and email. KoboCabs reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of driver unavailability, in which case a full refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. A 15-minute free waiting period applies; after that, a ₹2 per minute waiting charge is levied.
• Do not carry prohibited items (inflammable goods, contraband, weapons).
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged at actual cost.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle.

All fares are shown inclusive of base fare, per-km charges, driver allowance, toll tax, and GST. Return tolls and state entry taxes for outstation routes are paid directly by the passenger. Fares are fixed at the time of booking and are not subject to surge pricing.

KoboCabs acts as a technology platform connecting passengers with drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the affected booking.

All content on the Platform — including the KoboCabs name, logo, design, and software — is owned by KoboCabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
