Always choose an SUV (Innova Crysta or Ertiga) for hill destinations like Manali, Shimla, Mussoorie, or Nainital. SUVs handle steep gradients, hairpin bends, and rough mountain roads far better than Sedans or Hatchbacks. For 5+ passengers, Innova Crysta is our top recommendation.
Fare includes base charge, per-km rate, driver allowance (for outstation, charged per night away), and GST. Toll taxes and state entry permits are paid at the booth directly — the driver pays and you reimburse at trip end with a receipt.
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp or call before the trip starts. Upgrades are subject to availability, and the fare difference is calculated on the per-km rate of the new cab type.
Yes — every KoboCabs vehicle is fully AC. The driver switches on AC on request at no extra charge. For hill routes above 2000m altitude, AC efficiency may reduce slightly due to altitude.
Hatchback: 1 large bag. Sedan: 2 large bags. SUV: 3–4 large bags. Tempo Traveller: 6+ bags in overhead rack and rear storage. If you have more than 5 bags, Tempo Traveller or SUV is strongly recommended.
Night allowance (₹200–₹600 depending on cab type) applies when the driver has to stay overnight at the destination. This is standard across all outstation taxi services and is disclosed at the time of booking — no hidden charges.
