Getting There by Cab
Bareilly to Ranikhet: 160 km, approximately 4 hours via Ramnagar and Bhowali. The final 30 km climb from Bhowali through oak and pine forests is spectacular. Nainital to Ranikhet: 60 km, 1.5 hours.

Chaubatia Gardens: 10 km from Ranikhet, apple and apricot orchards at 1,800m with a stunning 350 km view of Himalayan peaks on clear days.

Upat Golf Course: One of Asia's highest golf courses at 1,800m. Non-golfers can simply walk the grounds for the views.
